By using our application, you agree to be bound by these conditions, which have been drawn up to respect the artists and platforms that agree to provide access to information from their catalogues via their APIs.

By downloading or using Partition, you agree to these terms of use (‘Terms’). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Partition.
Use of the Application
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Partition on your devices in accordance with these Terms.
Limited licence
Restrictions
You must not use Partition to:
Send or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Distribute viruses or any other malicious code that could compromise the functionality or security of the application.
Extract, collect or store personal data of other users without their explicit consent.
You retain all of your rights in the content that you create, upload, post or share to Partition. However, you grant Partition a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt and publicly display your anonymized content in connection with the operation and promotion of the application.
The musical content (covers, extracts) is protected by copyright and belongs to the artist or label that produced it.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit via Partition and for the consequences of its publication or sharing.
Changes to the Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms. Your continued use of Partition after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Cancellation
We may terminate or suspend your access to Partition without notice or liability for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of the Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Partition is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We do not warrant that Partition will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Partition.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the registered office of the Partition publisher is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
